All SERGS full and  affiliated members with activated 2026 membership are given the opportunity to propose names of those that they feel are qualified to be nominated.

 

You are invited to nominate candidates for 4 vacant positions at the YEARS Council 2026-2028.

 

The office term starts from May 2026 until June 2028 if not re-elected.

All nominations are confidential.

 

Candidate requirements:

1. The candidate must be a SERGS/YEARS member who holds active 2026 membership.

2. The candidate must have good command of the English language.

3. The candidate must have begun their professional career in robotics less than ten years ago, following completion of their training program.

4. The candidate is below the age of 45.

 

Candidates need to submit the following application documents by email:

+ A motivation letter for the 2026 YEARS Council Elections

+ A short CV (maximum 250 words)

+ A photo (in JPEG or PNG format)

 

The deadline for all applications is February 22, 2026.

Applications received after this date will not be taken into consideration!
